Educational Technology Conferences Calendar
In an attempt to come up with a reasonably simple means of staying up to date with current conferences in Educational Technology, I have created (as per Alec Couros’ request) a web calendar listing relevant conference dates and information. The calendar is an instance of php iCalendar, with the phpMyCal module installed.
You can subscribe to an RSS feed of the calendar in either day, month or year mode, or you can download or subscribe to the iCalendar formatted calendar (for use in such applications as Apple’s iCal, Mozilla Calendar, Ximian Evolution, KOrganizer, or WinDates).
According to the current setup, anyone can add, modify, and delete events, which will hopefully make the updating of this resource quite simple. If you know of a relevant event (ie. an educational technology conference) that is not currently listed, please feel free to add it. The current events are all taken from the list of Educational Technology conferences listed here: Educational Technology Conferences for 2004.

EasyWMA 2.1.1
If you are using a Mac, and have the need to listen to some WMA files, you can of course use the Windows Media Player, but if you want to convert the file to MP3 (perhaps for easy playback through iTunes), check out EasyWMA 2.1.1. Very neat, free tool that is a GUI front-end for ffmpeg.
