Black Pastor Takes Stage at Trump Event, Crowd’s Response Is Explosive

Audience members at a rally in Cleveland on Saturday for GOP presidential front-runner Donald Trump went wild with excitement when a well-known black pastor took the stage to introduce the billionaire businessman and explain why he had chosen to endorse him.

He began his introduction by recounting the first time he met Trump over five years ago.

“To be honest, I went in to the meeting somewhat prejudicially. I went in with an opinion of him that had been formed through media portrayal,” the Rev.Darrell Scott of New Spirit Revival Center Ministries recalled.

But then, after asking Trump pointed questions and listening to his responses, the pastor’s perception of the GOP front-runner changed drastically.

“I found Mr. Trump not only to be very gracious and very hospitable, but I also found him to be a very humble man,” Scott explained. “And he is very respectful of clergy.”

The pastor then urged his audience at the rally to do the same thing — form their opinion about Trump based on their own perceptions versus what the liberal mainstream media wants them to think.

He added that everyone there, including himself, were “smart, intelligent people” and “independent thinkers” — and that the notion being peddled by liberals and establishment RINOs that Trump supporters are “a bunch of dummies” was inherently false.

“We are smart people, we are intelligent people,” he continued. “We know what we are doing, we know what we see, and the truth is that the Democratic Party has drifted further and further away from the traditional values that made our country great in the first place.”

The pastor’s speech repeatedly brought the house down, and for good reason. In nine short minutes, Pastor Darrell Scott refuted every single lie about Donald Trump, including the one about him being a racist and bigot who hates minorities.

He also articulated the significance of him and Trump ultimately becoming friends: “Only God could take a black guy from inner city streets of Cleveland and connect him with a white billionaire from upstate New York to try to do what we can do to make the country great again!”

Well said, Pastor Scott.

Violence broke out over the weekend at several Donald Trump campaign rallies. Leftwing thugs battled with police in Chicago and St. Louis.

One unhinged lunatic tried to storm the stage at a rally in Dayton, Ohio. He was stopped by Secret Service agents. Heaven only knows what he would’ve done had he gotten ahold of Mr. Trump.

To be clear – what happened over the weekend was not just an attack on Mr. Trump. It was an attack on the First Amendment.

But instead of condemning the professional hooligans — the political chattering class condemned Mr. Trump.

A despondent Senator Marco Rubio went so far as to liken Mr. Trump to a third world strong man.

He’s come under fierce attack for suggesting that his supporters physically manhandle protesters. In February he told an audience that he wanted to punch one of the protesters in the face.

That sort of language has no place in any political campaign.

But that’s not what brought about the weekend violence.

The person responsible for fomenting political unrest and creating this toxic environment is not Donald Trump — it’s President Obama.

For the past seven and a half years this man has been stoking division and discord.

You want to talk about creating controversy? Fine. Let’s talk about Baltimore and Ferguson, Missouri and Trayvon Martin.

President Obama is the one who told his followers if they bring a knife to the fight — we bring a gun — that’s what he said.

I don’t recall too many Republicans getting upset over that remark.

Many conservative pundits still do not understand why Americans are flocking to Donald Trump.

They seem bewildered that we’ve ignored Establishment Overlords like Mitt Romney and the uppity-ups at National Review

So for the sake of all you Republicans in Name Only –  let me explain what’s going on here.

The folks who pay the bills in this country are fed up. We’re tired of being called racists and homophobic and xenophobic.

The Silent Majority is mad as hell — and we’re not going to take it anymore.

MICHAEL SAVAGE NEWSLETTER: The most evil man in America

Welcome to The Michael Savage Newsletter, your daily report on all things “Savage.”

In today’s issue: After violent protesters canceled a Donald Trump rally and disrupted others over the weekend, Michael Savage observed that the fascist tendencies of the left are becoming more blatant.

“Violence directed at the Trump supporters by the vermin of the left is a repetition of history, and I’ve warned about it for well over 10 years,” he said.

I said unless you respect the people’s wishes, unless you respect the will of the voter, you’re going to have fascism in America.

Now, we don’t have fascism in America, but the left, as you well know, is a fascist assemblage of vermin that wants to disrupt the voting process in America.

The man behind it is the most evil man in America, George Soros

George Soros, a Jewish refugee from Nazi Germany came to America and has spent his entire life trading money in the back of the temple. Almost broke the British pound. Did the same thing in Malaysia. Almost destroyed the Malaysia currency, fomenting tremendous anti-Semitism in Malaysia amongst the, at that point, quiet Muslim population.

George Soros has spend his entire recent years undercutting the Republican Party, even the mainstream Republican Party of George Bush, undermining the voter in every way he can, funding vermin like Moveon.org, Black Lives Matter, you name it.

Anyone who could disrupt the voters, George Soros is funding.

… In my previous book I wrote, “Stop the Coming Civil War,” I warned that unless the voice of the people is heard, there’s liable to be a civil war in this country.

My friends we’re in a civil war. It’s not a shooting civil war, yet. But it is a civil war nonetheless.

The radical vermin on the left burned Ferguson to the ground, almost burned Baltimore to the ground; all on false pretexts of police actions against black men.

It’s a lie; we know it’s a lie. It was a lie in Ferguson, it was a lie in Baltimore and, yet, the radical left exploits the lies, foments the masses and wants the city to burn, baby, burn.

That’s how they intimidate the middle class in this country.

2016 Elections

This years elections are both interesting and irritating at the same time.

The Democrats / Liberals are the worst of the lot.   Bernie Sanders is a total Socialist trying to push his agenda on the American people even though socialism has failed in country after country through out history;  he needs to just go away.  Hillary is just a human scum bag who has lied to the American people over and over and over again;  her brand of lying and bad decisions should have landed her in jail years ago.   It is just mind boggling that so many people are still willing to vote to these two clowns.

The Republicans have some good candidates but have degenerated into a mud wrestling contest.  The name calling and fighting each other instead of the other party has hurt them as a lot of us are simply getting tired of it and may just lose interest in the election all together.   And need I say it, the GOP party itself if attacking it’s own candidates to try to get in the run of the mill party favorite in spite of the fact that the American people are really tired of them and their games (and their same old crap candidates).

And before I am through I need to also say that the media is totally corrupt.  I was really disappointed in the Fox news people who hosted the debates and have crossed them off my list of media outlets who I could trust.  The fair and balanced turns out not to be so fair and balanced after all.   I am thinking more and more that the real problem with our country is that the media controls and influences everyone’s thinking.

A Contested GOP Convention?

A Contested GOP Convention Is a Terrible Idea
Matthew Continetti – Washington Free Beacon

Donald Trump has become the Republican frontrunner because GOP primary voters want an outsider who is angry at the condition of the country and the party establishment. And yet, GOP officials are so frightened of the transformation of the party under Donald Trump that they want the remaining candidates to stay in the race to deny him a majority of delegates and force a contested party convention in July.

Doesn’t this strategy prove exactly the point that Trump supporters (and to some extent Cruz supporters) are trying to make? You have a party in the midst of historic change, and your strategy is to deny that party’s voters the right to nominate their preferred candidate? And you think this will help you win in the fall? My mind reels.

Pastor Duke on Political Correctness

Pastor Dukes post on Facebook today is excellent.   Please give it a good read.

Have you noticed political correctness is way more than a position. It is totalitarian. Any other views are silenced, shamed and attacked. It’s their way or the highway. Most college campuses are taking it to the next level, firing staff who don’t comply. At that point education has ceased and indoctrination has control…which IS THE POINT ! The media has surrendered journalism for opportunism. We are in the final days of our republic. Follow historic cycles and see where we are. As a Biblicist I have been expecting this all along. It’s scary as a citizen but it is exciting as a believer. Jesus predicted it and it’s His coming and not the elections that bring my hope.
